If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Scope of Services
Trillion Sources Inc. provides building materials sourcing, value engineering, factory-direct procurement, supplier coordination, logistics coordination, and related advisory services.
We operate strictly as a building materials supply and procurement partner. We are not a general contractor, architect, engineer, construction manager, or installer.
3. No Professional Design or Construction Services
Trillion Sources Inc. does not provide architectural, engineering, structural, or construction services.
All drawings, specifications, submittals, designs, and code compliance approvals remain the sole responsibility of the client and/or their licensed professionals.
4. Product Specifications & Substitutions
Clients may provide product specifications, brand references, or submittals.
Trillion Sources Inc. may propose spec-matched or value-engineered alternatives.
Final approval of materials, finishes, and specifications rests solely with the client.
Natural and manufactured materials may vary in color, texture, grain, finish, and appearance.
5. Pricing & Payment Terms
Pricing is subject to factory confirmation, availability, and market conditions.
Quotes are valid only for the period stated.
Deposits may be required prior to production or procurement.
Final payment must be received prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in delays, storage charges, or cancellation.
6. Lead Times & Delivery
All lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, shipping conditions, customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.
Trillion Sources Inc. is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.
7. Logistics & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers according to agreed delivery terms or Incoterms.
Clients are responsible for site access, delivery conditions, unloading, and storage upon delivery.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, detention, or special handling.
8. Returns, Cancellations & Changes
Custom, made-to-order, or factory-produced products are non-refundable.
Changes or cancellations after production begins may incur full cost.
Approved returns must be authorized in writing and may be subject to restocking fees.
9. Warranties
Products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Trillion Sources Inc. does not provide independent warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Trillion Sources Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.
11. Intellectual Property

All pricing, sourcing strategies, and project information shared with Trillion Sources Inc. are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.
